  They won't honor a warranty on my Hot Tub because it was issued by the previous owner. They operate under the same incorporated name and advertise as being in business for over 20 years, well which is it? Yes the new owner did not sell me the hot tub but he did buy the company that sold it to me.He therefore has a responsibiliy to look after the customers of the previous owner.I would suggest people looking for a hot tub look for a company that acts more responsible

  This business is great, I only went in to buy chemicals and they treated me like I was buying thousands of dollars in product. I felt at ease and I felt like my purchase mattered. These are the things I look for when I go into a business, all my criteria was met. I give Patio Perfect Plus a thumbs up for sure.
